After visiting an outdoor arts and crafts festival in historic Port Gamble, we continued on to the 17-mile drive up to Hurrican Ridge in the National Park. The views were great and the hiking was awesome, especially for the boys who took turns riding in the daddy backpack and being carried by the mommy mobile.

We saw deer resting in the shade about 10 feet away. There was even a black bear far down on one of the slopes foraging around for food and/or stray toddlers.
